I live in Washington State and most of the photography sessions I do are outside.

 Let's face it, it rains like 8 months out of the year so I have to plan my pictures around the weather. 

Thankfully we got a break of 40 good minutes to do pictures with my dear friends.

I do like Tradition and making new ones with my family, but sometimes I just LOVE the edgy, bold, and fun things you can do to make a picture POP! Now I have to decide which picture to use for my Christmas card this year?! ;)

Engagement Photo Session

Yesterday I had the privilege to work with Jordan & Jack. What a cute couple! They were so relaxed, natural, easy and fun to work with. Here are a few of my favorite shots. Enjoy! 

Wedding Photo shoot.

I love this picture of Roxy, Ashley, the bride Amanda, Alicia & Allison. What a fun day! This was my first wedding and one of the most stressful days ever!! I just wanted Amanda to be happy with the outcome of the photos since we had to deal with rain, and weird weather. In the end it all worked out very well.

Friends make great inspiration.

Last fall I had the pleasure of taking McKenzee's photo's and this summer I was able to work with her little brother Logan. What a couple of cute kids!!! Love this mashup picture that just came to me while editing.  :)

We'll always be King cousins! ;)

It's hard to believe that all of my cousins have grown up and now we are all chasing babies around(or in my case bigger kids) as they play and follow in our footsteps. Spending time with extended family and making memories is an amazing gift. I'm blessed!

Mavrek's 1 year Photo Shoot!

On Sunday August 12th we got together with my Dad's family for a BBQ. I was so excited to take some pictures of my cousin Jasmine's son Mavrek who is turning one this month. Love his sweet smile!

Last night was a fun little family gathering with my husbands family. We were able to visit with our niece Kalee & her BF Cody. What a fun night! I had to get some pictures of the cousins. Here is my favorite. :)

Bowen Family Photo Shoot

For as long as I can remember I have had a camera. I love taking pictures and capturing life. Recently I have had so much fun doing some mini photo sessions with friends. I continue to learn as I go and these amazing people are the true inspiration behind the art.
